for years, helping everyone from college roommates to current patients stay
healthy in the depths of a wet fall and snowy winter. No cheese and bread in
this one; just a bowl of health!
Ingredients:
~ 3 - 4 medium yellow onions, diced
~ 6 cups of water
~ 1 - 2 tablespoons of chili powder, depending on tolerance
~ Grated ginger can be substituted for chili powder if you prefer
~ A pinch of salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Dice the onions and add to the water, along with the chili powder.
Boil together for 30 - 45 minutes until the onions are soft.
Try NOT to inhale over the pot; the chili powder can be strong!
Dish up a bowl, and enjoy!
